since I and Maryam are the organizer of the meeting we were responsible for the meeting room decoration, refreshment and contacting the student to inform them about the place and time and how will they escort their parents to the meeting room, as organizers we stayed in the college till 6 o’clock because we have to remove our meeting equipment from the meeting room the in the end it was successful meeting most of the parents was happy with our presentation which was presented by Sara Karam and Shaikha Alquraiwi they was really good presenters. I enjoyed working as organizer and I want to do much better in the future.
